SORBS DUHL DNS Block List Causing Email Delivery Issues for Some Hosted Proofpoint Customers
A number of legitimate email hosting vendors including Proofpoint, Google and Yahoo have reported issues with email deliverability caused by what appears to be a malfunction in the SORBS DUHL DNS blocklist, a third-party email blocklist. This CTS note has details on the current status of this issue, which could affect outbound mail delivery for Proofpoint customers that use Proofpoint's SaaS email security solution. Note that this is not a Proofpoint-specific problem and our support team is working with SORBS to help resolve this issue.
